ZANE TAYLOR

Director

With over 25 years of experience in the building industry, Zane has established a reputation for delivering exceptional service and quality craftsmanship as the Managing Director of Tallan Group. A background as a skilled carpenter has provided a strong foundation for his expertise, complemented by an Open Builders Licence.

Zane is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, ensuring that clients receive outstanding results. A focus on quality over quantity, has enabled him to build a loyal client base and a reputation for reliability and expertise in the industry. Zane remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry developments, ensuring that Tallan continues to deliver innovative and exceptional building solutions.

JOEL QUILLAN

Director

With over two and a half decades of dedicated experience in the construction industry, Joel is a proactive and impactful Managing Director at Tallan Group. Joel’s experience as a business leader has gained him a comprehensive understanding in people and teams management, underscored by a strong emphasis on leadership principles. Joel’s professional journey encompasses a diverse spectrum of projects, with a specialised focus on medium to high-rise construction spanning commercial, industrial, fit-out, and residential domains.

Joel’s commitment to ethics and integrity ensures that all his endeavours are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and accountability. Joel thrives in fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and prioritising open communication and mutual respect to drive successful project outcomes.

SEAN WILKINSON

Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the building industry — 15 as a small business owner and the past 15 within the insurance building sector — Sean brings a deep and practical understanding of construction, management, and customer service. Sean’s journey started in the insurance industry as an estimator with one of Australia’s largest building insurers, quickly progressing into senior management roles.

Throughout Sean’s career, he has led ground-level teams, overseen complex claims, and managed the resourcing of staff and trades in response to major weather events. This has enabled him to develop strong leadership, operational, and client service capabilities. Sean is highly adaptable, results-driven, and committed to delivering best-practice outcomes.

With a focus on business acumen, client performance, and customer expectations, Sean consistently ensures that responsibilities are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Sean prides himself on his strong work ethic, extensive experience, and professional qualifications. Above all, Sean fosters an enjoyable and supportive work environment which is essential to building unity and driving success across any team.

JANE BENSON

Business Manager

Passionate and driven, Jane approaches her work with an unwavering dedication from fostering a positive and productive work culture to devising innovative strategies that drive success and growth.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, finance, operations and strategy, Jane’s approachable and empathetic leadership style, empowers those around her to reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Jane has been a driving force behind numerous successful projects and initiatives, navigating challenges with tenacity and dedication.

MICHAEL ELLUL

NSW Manager

With over 18 years of insurance related repairs and management experience in combination with 25 years of building and construction experience, Michael has a strong proactive and solution orientated approach in delivering projects.

Michael comes from a commercial background and understands the importance of structured processes and methodologies resulting in favourable outcomes for all stakeholders. No matter the size or the complexity of the project, the same level of attention is awarded as required to effectively deliver the project.   

Michael is a people person and places high importance on building and maintaining relationships with clients, customers, suppliers and staff. Communication is paramount to a successful relationship and is implemented by Michael as part of the standard operating procedure. Michael is passionate in delivering projects to high standards whilst being achieved safely.

Jodi Blomfield

Client Account Manager

As Client Account Manager with Tallan Group, Jodi plays a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring every project is delivered with precision and care. 

With over a decade of hands on experience in construction, insurance restoration, and business development, Jodi brings a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project delivery. 

Combining strategic thinking with real-world experience, Jodi drives performance and client satisfaction through proactive engagement and a strong service mindset. She works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver results that reflect the values of Tallan Group: Committed to Quality, Focused on Value, Powered by Efficiency. 

Having owned and managed successful businesses across the construction and landscaping industries, Jodi understands the importance of trust, consistency, and genuine connection in every interaction. She thrives on building lasting relationships and supporting teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.

ADRIAN QUILLAN

Construction Manager

With over 30 years’ of experience in the construction industry across Eastern Australia, Adrian has had the opportunity to be part of some iconic projects across many facets of the industry including construction, project management, construction sciences, and team leadership.

Drawing on his experiences as a trade-qualified concreter, operations manager, Tier 1 Site Coordinator in concrete supply/delivery, and as a senior technician and laboratory manager in construction materials testing, Adrian has continued his professional development throughout his career, earning his Diploma in Laboratory Techniques, Cert IV in Building and Construction, Cert IV in Construction Materials Testing. His practical and solutions-driven approach to project delivery, combined with his natural skills as an affable communicator and problem solver makes Adrian a valuable member of the Tallan Group and any project he is involved with.

ADAM HENRICKS

Health & Safety Manager

Dynamic and dedicated, Adam is a seasoned professional in the safety industry with a specialisation in construction. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring secure work environments, Adam brings extensive expertise to every project.

Adam’s comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, coupled with practical experience in the construction sector, enables him to develop and implement extensive safety measures that safeguard both workers and sites.
